Junior Quiz Night The Club will be having the annual Quiz Night on Saturday 28th July, starting at 7.00 PM. This is a major Junior Fundraising event and will enable us to provided extra equipment, facilities and opportunities for our young members. Last year’s very successful event was made possible by the efforts of our members. We are looking for all Club Members to assist again this year by seeking donations of goods to be used as prizes. The value of the goods does not matter; even a $5 gift voucher or item can be added to a hamper to create a sensational prize. All donations will be noted and the donor will be listed as an event sponsor, with advertising displayed on the night. Approach this as a chance for your prospective donor to have an opportunity to promote their business to a captive audience, who will appreciate their support. The approach is easy “My club, The Port Adelaide District Hockey Club, is running a quiz night as a JUNIOR FUND RAISER, and we were hoping you would support this event with a donation of goods or services. We will take your company’s web site image or business card image and display it throughout the night with a slide show.” No attempt, no result. No excuses. Please contact me if you have any queries or with details of donations. Gary Szkolik, Vice President - Juniors 0433 995 823
