THE ONE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND US On Sunday, November 11, 2012, the Stuyvesant and Nassau Reformed Churches will focus on a letter to the Christian Hebrews who may have been considering a return to Judaism, perhaps because of their lack of understanding the Biblical truths of which they had been informed.  In Hebrews 9:24-28, letter, the writer depicts Christ as the great High Priest who constantly makes intercession on behalf of the world before the throne of God.  In the sermon titled, “The

One Mediator Between God and Us,” the Reverend Edward L. Van Kampen will place emphasis upon the truth that it is through Jesus that we have access to an otherwise inaccessible God. The Stuyvesant Reformed Church begins worship at 9 a.m. in its sanctuary at the corner of Route 9J and Church Street, Stuyvesant.  The Nassau Reformed Church begins worship at 11 a.m. in its chapel on the second level of its Church-School-building, 43 Church Street (route 20). Both churches provide intergenerational worship experiences for young boys and girls.
