COMMITMENT TO PARTICIPATE To confirm participation as a sponsor of the 2016 Retailing Summit, to be held October 13-14 at the Westin Galleria Hotel in Dallas, Texas, please complete the form below: We understand that the sponsorship level selected entitles us to all benefits listed, and that by signing this document we are making a firm commitment to participate and that no refunds will be given should we cancel our participation. We further understand that payment in full is due 30 days from receipt of invoice. Sponsorships can be paid via check (payable to Texas A&M Foundation Center for Retailing Studies) or credit card (3% card surcharge). Since Texas A&M University is a non-profit, educational institution, your company will receive a tax receipt for its sponsorship, less fair market value of goods received, such as included registration passes.
