The facility is classed as a high-risk food handling facility, which needed significant detailed planning, and construction sequence to ensure this accreditation could be achieved on completion. A considerable services upgrade required a high level of coordination, and integration of on site and off site infrastructure trades. The design and construct solution was successfully completed within time to a high standard of work to the clients’ satisfaction.
