Each dwelling has three bedrooms, bathroom, ensuite and powder room, as well as a separate laundry and two lock up car spaces. Roof top decks capturing the city views were the perfect solution to the possibility of compromising the open space for two of the units created by accommodating the car parking. The statement façade and high quality material selection and finish earned this project a commendation.
