Message from the CEO –March/April Recap Our primary goal for March was to execute a college fair on Saturday the 31st of March. Director of Social Needs, Shantelle Gray led the way, as Team TUTC facilitated an event that allowed students and parents to educate themselves on scholarships, important college deadlines, admission and financial aid information. Recruiters were on hand to interact with students including representatives from UT Arlington, Texas Wesleyan, and Texas Women's University as well as ITT Technical Institute. Baylor University also sent information for distribution. On Saturday May 19th Director of Physical Needs Darrion Butler led TUTC in its first Yard Service Day. The goal of this service is to provide free law maintenance for senior citizens. TUTC was able to service three homes in the Highland Hills Community. Much thanks to the sponsors of this event and the wonderful people at East St. Paul Baptist Church. If you know of someone who could benefit from this service please contact Darrion Butler at darrionb@takeupthycross.org . Congratulations, Darrion and the rest of Team TUTC for a marvelous effort. I cannot express enough how vital your contributions to this organization are. We look forward to accomplishing great things in Jesus Christ together. It is my prayer that God continues to bless you, your family and your ministry to others. Thank you for your commitment, I’ll talk to you soon… Adrian Gray, CEO
