A Little About Me:
I grew up on a farm just east of Red Deer, Alberta in a family of seven. I have an older brother and two older sisters as well as one younger sister.

My School Experience:
I enjoy playing just about any sport but my favorite is definitely basketball, followed by volleyball as a close second. My favorite color is purple, my favorite animal is a penguin, and my favorite number is five. My favorite season of the year is Summer and my favorite ethnic food is definitely Chinese.
What I’m Looking Forward To:
Growing up, I went to a small Christian School from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in Red Deer, Alberta called Koinonia Christian School. I started the first two years of my Bachelor of Education in Red Deer at the Red Deer College and completed it in Edmonton at the University of Alberta. My major is an elementary focus and my minor is in math and science.
This year is going to be filled with many exciting opportunities. The ones I am most anticipating include: our field trip to the Science Center, the Spring Musical, and our “Go for the Gold” reading program.
My Classroom: Joke of The Month: One day the teacher said to little Jonny, “Can you please use the word ‘fascinate’ in a sentence.” Jonny replied, “Sure! I have nine buttons on my sweater but I can only fasten eight.”
