Aerobics Moderate intensity | 60 minutes | Fitness Studio

This blood pumping class incorporates timed movements in the perfect all round cardio + weights workout!

AquaFit Low intensity | 45 minutes | Leisure pool

Low impact water class. Perfect for those with restricted mobility, rehabilitation and pregnancy while still being challenging enough for the more athletic among the group.

Boogie Bounce High intensity | 45 minutes | Fitness Studio

Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.

Boxercise High intensity | 60 minutes | Fitness Studio

High intensity workout using a mixture of combat, bodyweight and pad work exercises and techniques to burn up to 1000 calories in each session!

Cardio Blast High intensity | 45 minutes | Gym

This class is based in the gym using CV equipment. Focus of the class is to help you improve your stamina and cardiovascular system through a mixture of speeds, gradients, resistances and intensities.

Core Blast Moderate intensity | 30 minutes | Fitness Studio

Targeting your entire torso, including lower back muscles and core muscles using your body weight and more. Come along and make your “ABS” bullet proof.

Family Fitness Moderate intensity | 30 minutes | Fitness Studio

A workout for both kids and the parents. Paired up kids and parents work together and compete against each other in a fun filled way to exercise.

Kid’s Fitness Moderate intensity | 60 minutes | Fitness Studio

A workout for our younger members. Mix of bodyweight, core and cardio exercises with exercise concentrated games towards the end.

Les Mills Body Attack High intensity | 60 minutes | Fitness Studio

Combination of athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Les Mills Body Balance Low intensity | 30 minutes | Fitness Studio

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

Les Mills Body Combat High intensity | 45 minutes | Fitness Studio

High-energy martial arts-inspired non-contact workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class.

Les Mills Body Pump High intensity | 30-45 minutes | Fitness Studio

Fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit.

Les Mills RPM High intensity | 30 or 45 minutes | Fitness Studio With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Les Mills Sprint High intensity | 30 minutes | Fitness Studio

High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve significant calorie burn.

Pure Stretch Low intensity | 30 minutes | Fitness Studio Stretching is a vital part of any exercise routine as it gives your muscles the ability to lengthen, to expand and restore after exercise.

A multi-stage workout designed around our custom built Queenax rig is based on core strengthening with you as the driving force behind every move it can be tailored to suit everyone’s abilities. Once you try it, you’ll never look back.

Queenax Core Moderate intensity | 30 minutes | Fitness Studio

A multi-stage workout designed around our custom built Queenax rig is based on core strengthening with you as the driving force behind every move it can be tailored in difficulty to make sure participants feel the benefits of a class that is definitely more than just an abs class.

Queenax Team Moderate intensity | 45 minutes | Fitness Studio Custom

Functional Workout that builds camaraderie among peers by incorporating a challenging play style to the playground known as the Fitness Studio.

Queenax Social Circuits Moderate intensity | 60 minutes | Fitness Studio

Complete full body workout in the Fitness Studio using stations around our custom built Queenax Rig. Once you try it, you’ll never look back.

Studio Cycling High intensity | 45 minutes | Fitness Studio

Instructor lead class on our Indoor Bikes, guiding you through a series of ups and downs, sprints and climbs. Through smiles and sweat in a cycling class that turns the resistance up on traditional cycling classes

Yoga Moderate intensity | 90 minutes | Fitness Studio

Combines standing, sitting and balance poses as well as breathing exercises. Maintain alignment and focus your mind. Class ends with deep relaxation.

Yogalates Moderate intensity | 75 minutes | Fitness Studio

This is a core focused class that pulls from the ancient asanas of yoga as well as the core centered movement of Pilates. Drawing upon his background of yoga, pilates and dance Erick has combined these together creating a unique and experiential class that will help you with both your physical and mental conditioning. Class ends with deep relaxation.
