The Cresskill Middle-High School Principal Players 1 Lincoln Drive Cresskill, NJ 07626 201!227!7791 ext 1071

Dear Parents,

The Cresskill Middle-High School Principal Players will be bringing “Once Upon A Mattress” to the Cresskill Middle-High School auditorium stage on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 7:30p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 7:30p.m.and Sunday, March 3, 2013 with a matinee showing at 2:00p.m. Nearly 100 students have come together to share their talents to put together this year’s production. If you thought you knew the story of “The Princess and The Pea,” you may be in for a walloping surprise! Did you know, for instance, that Princess Winnifred actually swam the moat to reach Prince Dauntless the Drab? Or that Lady Larken’s love for Sir Harry provided a rather compelling reason that she reach the bridal altar post haste? Or that, in fact it wasn’t the pea at all that caused the princess a sleepless night? Carried on a wave of wonderful songs, by turns hilarious and raucous, romantic and melodic, this rollicking spin on the familiar classic of royal courtship and comeuppance provides for some side-splitting shenanigans. Chances are you’ll never look at fairy tales quite the same way again. TICKET PURCHASING OPTIONS HAVE CHANGED!!! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!!! Advance ticket prices for "Once Upon A Mattress" are $15.00 for adults and $12.00 for students and senior citizens. At the door, ticket prices do go up $2.00 each, making tickets $17.00 for adults and $14.00 for students and senior citizens. All tickets are reserved seating. We are also offering a “Dinner and a Show” combo experience on Friday and Saturday evening shows at 6:00pm - join us in our cafeteria for a Ziti Dinner for an additional $10.00. Tickets for both the ziti dinner and the school musical may be purchased online at www.cresskillmusic.org/boxoffice.html. Should you purchase your tickets online, you will be receiving a receipt that you may turn in at the box office at the high school during the hours listed below, or during the evening of the show at our “RESERVATION” desk. TICKET SALES ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE!!! Beginning Monday February 11, 2013 and continuing until March 3, 2013, tickets for “Once Upon A Mattress” and our “Dinner and a Show” Ziti Dinner will be available for purchase online. In the past, elementary school affiliated patrons may have had to wait until the week prior to opening to get tickets no longer. Tickets are available online and may be purchased now by credit card. In addition, tickets would be physically split up amongst the three schools - no longer. We hope now to offer you the best seats in the house, better than the “best seats we have today on site” which had to be done in the past. Again, as stated above, you will be receiving a receipt for your ticket purchase that must be turned in at

the box office for your actual tickets. This can be done during regular box office hours or prior to show at our “RESERVATION” desk. If you are waiting until the night of the show, our “RESERVATION” desk will be open 45 minutes prior to show start for you to acquire your tickets. Go to www.cresskillmusic.org/boxoffice.html to purchase your tickets. TICKETS CAN NOW BE PAID BY CASH, PERSONAL CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD!!! For those purchasing by credit card, please note that there is a service fee of $.50 per ticket that is added by our online service. WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN AT CRESSKILL HIGH SCHOOL? The box office will be available daily from now until opening night (excluding for Tuesday, March 27) during the High School and Middle School Lunch periods (10:59am-11:44am; 11:48am-12:33pm) and immediately after school (3:00pm-3:30pm). WE ARE NO LONGER SELLING TICKETS AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS Unfortunately, we are unable to continue selling tickets at the schools physically. Tickets may be purchased at Cresskill High School or online at www.cresskillmusic.org/boxoffice.html

Our goal this year was to make the ticketing process accommodating to people on the go, while trying to assure each and every person the attention and service they deserve. There continue to be several changes as we continue to streamline our ticketing process. We would ask you to please be patient with our students and staff as we continue to adjust to our ticketing system changes. We will do the best that we can as quickly as we can for you. If you have any additional questions, please call the above phone number. Sincerely,

The Cast, Chorus, Pit, and Crews of “Once Upon A Mattress” John Von Glahn, Director Katherine Lee, President
