Imaginetics possesses in-house experience and capabilities to design or build tooling per our customers’ requirements. These capabilities ensure Imaginetics ability to fulfill the most exacting job requirements on time, on budget and exactly to specifications.

Our precision equipment supports the manufacturing of sheet metal components for the aerospace, electronic, medical, and military industries. Our capabilities include punching, brake forming, hydroforming, stretch forming, draw forming, and hi-speed routing. Imaginetics also offers production runs, extensive tooling, and prototyping to serve a diverse range of our customer needs.

Among it’s many honors, Imaginetics has been recognized with the prestigious Boeing Performance Excellence Award in 2012, 2011 and 2010, and is a Delegated Source to many major aerospace OEMs (original equipment manufacturers).

State-of-the-art 3, 4, and 5 axis machines allow Imaginetics to provide accurate and complex machined parts to our customers. Imaginetics has a complete assembly department offering kitting, part-to-part subassemblies, and major mechanical and electrical assemblies – making Imaginetics a reliable, on-time, one-stop shop for our customers. Continual upgrades to equipment and training guarantee Imaginetics stays on the leading edge of assembly techniques.

Imaginetics takes pride in providing our customers the best products in the industry. Our quality control center puts all products through rigorous tests prior to shipment to identify any flaws or defects that may have occurred during manufacturing, ensuring that every item we send to our customers meets their precise expectations.

Our CNC machine programming department uses the latest versions of SolidWorks, Mastercam, and Vericut, to model, program, and verify our 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC machine programs. .

Equally active in both military and civil sectors, Imaginetics has played mission-critical roles in the production lines of the Boeing P-8A Poseidon, Boeing 707 AWACS, F-18, F-15, F-22, Boeing 737, 747, 767, 767 Tanker, 777, and 787. Not limited to fixed wing aircraft, Imaginetics also is a key supplier to military rotor craft like the Sikorsky UH-60, Bell / Boeing V22 Osprey, Boeing CH-47 Chinook, Boeing AH-64 Apache, and the Bell AH-1Z Super Cobra. Imaginetics also provides product on the Boeing Delta IV Rocket. Our CNC Router and Turret programming department uses the latest versions of Catia, Fabriwin, Enroute, SolidWorks, and AutoCad to model and create programs.
