Almost anyone can take a photo nowadays. But to shoot some high quality photo art, it takes much more. Besides good equipment, you need a good eye to find the right motives, and you need to know how to use the features of the camera to achieve the wanted effects. Jan Zimmermann is a very talented photographer who knows his stuff. He got his first camera when he was 14 years old. That was when he discovered his passion for photography. From then on he took pictures of everything that was around, trying out all of the camera's functions. Today, at the age of 26, he's still at it, but his equipment has changed a lot over the years. He now uses a Canon 300V reflex camera and a Canon 350D digital reflex camera with Canon Speedlight 580EX flash, a wide angle lens, zoom and more objectives and accessories. He's always experimenting with different parameters and techniques like flashes during long-term exposure, for example.
