IN PERSON: During our Box Office opening hours, from 10am to 4pm from Monday to Saturday, and an hour before events.

BOOKING FEE: Following customer feedback, we’re changing the way we charge our booking fee. We are phasing out the £2.50 per booking transaction fee and moving to including a booking fee within all our ticket prices. We have clearly marked the shows which were on sale before this change and for which a £2.50 booking fee applies.
SEATING PLAN: Seating plans for events which have allocated seating can be found in the show information on our website.
E-TICKETS: We are in the process of moving away from printed tickets and embracing digital tickets. Please download/screenshot the QR code for the event that you are attending and have this available to scan upon arrival at the venue.
WHEELCHAIR BOOKINGS: We can only accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs at events. Please inform the Box Office when you book so we can reserve your space. Our Main Auditorium and the Waveney Room are both equipped with induction loops. These work for amplified events.
ACCESSIBILITY: The Corn Hall Diss is committed to making our venue as accessible as possible. The Box Office, Main Auditorium, Waveney Room, Gallery, Bar and Café are all on the ground floor with level access. Lift access is available to the first floor. Both floors have fully accessible toilets. We will soon be working with Nimbus Disability, a Social Enterprise that has received international recognition for its Access Card Scheme. This scheme includes a new level of validation, meaning that our tickets and venue are being used effectively by those who require access facilities, and enabling us to mitigate any possible misuse of our access tickets.
PLAY OUR LOTTERY: Support The Corn Hall Diss from as little as £2.50 per month and help us to raise much needed funds. Buy your lottery balls at www.thecornhall.co.uk/lottery and you could be in with a chance to win our monthly prize of £200.
THE CORN HALL CAFÉ & BAR: Open from Mondays to Saturdays, from 9:30am to 2:30pm (food served ‘til 2pm). Join us for lunches, light bites, scrumptious cakes, great coffee and our famous cheese scones.
