In fact, they were so delicious even my toddlers and husband loved them! Although the book is titled ‘Lean in 15’ not every recipe was ready in as little as 15 minutes and whilst Joe does clearly mark these in his book, I’d definitely still advise batch cooking these recipes in advance. Would I recommend this plan? This is one of the easiest and most enjoyable health and fitness plans I have ever undertaken and I can’t sing its praises enough. My body has, as promised, transformed in only 30 days in fact I’m so impressed with the results that I’ve been inspired to continue with the Cotswold Mummy | March/April 2019 | 8
Joe Wicks ‘Lean in 15’ series and take on phase 2 ‘The Shape Plan’. Whilst I’m pleased with the changes I can see in the mirror and I’m brimming with more energy, the main bonus for me is how this plan has changed the way I feel about myself. I am stronger, fitter and more confident in my body. With Joe’s help, I’m learning to eat well and love the skin I’m in.
