Zen Fitness for Adults

Chair Yoga Classic yoga postures executed on a chair to ensure safety. Each posture chosen to benefit body and spirit. Special attention is given to the joints to ensure flexibility, mobility and adaptability of the body. Classes held in ACC Multipurpose Room. Spring Cost: $107(R), $130 (NR), $83 (SR), $104 (SNR)
