FRESH PRODUCTS


The traditional pasteurization process may alter the quality of the product. The alternative? Fresh unpasteurized long-life products. How do you get this result? Decreasing the amount of water inside the leaves of the plants to avoid nourishing bacterial forms and ensure a long shelf life. We can guarantee over time the freshness, the colour and the aroma of our products for more than two years in jar and one year in a plastic container. A dedicated factory, over 500 tons of fresh vegetables processed each year from May to October, selected and analyzed daily. All this to get to a final result: fresh products which maintain their best characteristics over time. .

DILL CREAM

CORIANDER CREAM

Dill is an aromatic plant with hints of anise and fennel commonly used in Northern European cuisine. This cream, thanks to our innovative preservation process able to preserve perfectly the aroma of the fresh plant, is excellent as a condiment for pasta, soups and especially for recipes based on fish.

Coriander, an aromatic herb with an intense and spicy aroma, is widely used in international cuisine. This unpasteurized cream keeps all the fragrance of the freshly-picked plant.
