One Islington Plaza Devon Street, Liverpool, L3 8HA On behalf of the developer, we provide you with the latest images and information as of October 2018 from the One Islington Plaza construction site.

This One Islington Plaza construction update highlights all works progressed to the externals and internals of the site. CP board and insulation are 100% complete and the aluminium cladding is 90% installed amongst other major external work progression.

External Works CP Board installed 100%.

Insulation installed 100%.

Windows are installed to 90%.

Pictura cladding installed 96%.

Aluminium cladding installed 90%.

Roof is 98% complete.

Internal Works

The lift is 99% complete.

Internal partitions are 95% installed.

Ceilings 87% installed.

Internal doors 80% installed. materials are now onsite.
