AllinvoiceswillbesentpriortotuitionatLimeTreeMusicCentre

Studentsareexpectedtobehaveinacivilmannerduringlessons Anyunacceptablebehaviorwillresultincessationofthelessonin progressandtherelevantparent/guardianwillbecontacted Lessonswillbechargedasusualanddocumented Lessondurationsareeither30or60minuteslongunlessagreeduponotherwise
TutorResponsibilities
Ourtutorscanneverberesponsibleforchaperoningminorsoffthepremises.Neithercantheybeheldresponsibleforastudentspersonalpossessions whilstonoroffthepremises
Allofourtutorsareselfemployedcontractworkers,whilsttheyarestrictlycontractedtoLimeTreeMusicCentreLtd’stermsandconditionsofworkand behaviouronthepremises,LimeTreeMusicCentreacceptsnoliabilityforanyactionofgrossmisconductbyatutoragainsta client ShouldatutordisplayanynotionsofmisconductwhilstteachingorotherwiseworkingatLimeTreeMusicCentretheywillberemovedimmediately fromthepremisesandwillnotbeallowedtoreturn.
CustomerSatisfactionPolicy-Tuition
Whenacourseoflessonshasbeenpre-paidfor,ifthestudent,parentorguardianisnotsatisfiedwiththequalityoflessonsorwiththeassignedtutor, LimeTreeMusicCentreLtdwillendeavourtofindareplacementtutor Ifareplacementtutorofthelevelrequiredbythestudent,parentorguardian cannotbeassignedthenarefundwillbeofferedforprepaidlessonsofwhichthestudenthasnotreceivedtuition
IfyouarenotsatisfiedwithanyaspectofourtuitionoryourexperienceatLimeTreeMusicCentrewepolitelyaskthatyoutakethetimetodiscussthe problemwithus Wewillalwaysendeavourtofindasolution
Refunds
LimeTreeMusicCentreLtdwillofferrefundsforlessonsunderthefollowingcircumstancesonly:
Ifthecustomerisdissatisfiedwiththequalityoftuitionprovidedandcanprovideexampleswheretuitionhasnotbeenproper
-Ifmisconductorimproperbehaviorhasbeendisplayedbyatutor
-Withina7dayperiodofablockoflessonshavingbeenpaidfor,beforeinitialtuitionissettocommence.AfterlessonshavebegunLTMCwilloffer norefundforlessons
