Southwestern Quinoa Salad 1 Box Quinoa Diced Green and Red Bell Peppers Chopped Purple Onion Can of Corn Can of Black Beans 2 Diced Avocados ¾ Cup Chopped Cilantro Juice of 4 Large Lemons Diced Large Tomato ¼ Cup Olive Oil 1 Pack Taco Seasoning 1 Cup Feta Cheese Salt and Pepper to taste Mix all ingredients in large bowl and serve!
