contemporary architectural project with a unifying character. The building uses the symbol of the traditional house whose roof is anchored to the ground. The building gives the effect of a signal to this urban part. This project reflects the dynamic character of this ever-changing city that adapts to the population and its needs.

ike Creteil, Clichy is a popular town that consists mainly of projects. This building offers a new form of housing, more contemporary. unlike the buildings of the 60s. Projects are rigid and white concrete. We want to give another quality to the inhabitants of the neighborhood.

CITY OF PARIS

HOTEL RENAISSANCE REPUBLIQUE Hospitality | Winning proposal | Completed with CMA execution’s and Haour & Gomez concept’s architect client: Mariott A 5 stars hotel with 121-Unit rooms surface area: 6500 m² 2015

T

he Renaissance République Hotel is located in the center of Paris. This 5 star distinguishes itself from the previous Parisian hotels by its district, more popular. The architects Eric Haour and Didier Gomez transformed this former office building whose original facade, made up of portholes, lends itself to the game of evocation and accentuates, in some rooms, the impression of travel. There are 5 categories of suites, some of which open with balconies on the heart of the island, others offer views of the boulevards. On the ground floor there is a summery courtyard that extends along the length of the restaurant, with its curtain wall winding from one end of the space to the other, connecting the different buildings that make up the hotel. Finally, a 254m² vegetable wall rises over the entire courtyard and frames the monumental fireplace.

PARIS-BAGNOLET GALLIENI’S TOWER Hospitality | Workspace | Winning proposal with Atelier 2/3/4/ Jean MAS & Simon RODRIGUEZ-PAGES client: SARL Gallieni (Akera Developpement and UBM) A 2 STARS HOTEL with 254-Unit rooms A 3 STARS HOTEL with 198-Unit rooms surface area: 17 750 m² | workspace surface area: 42 900 m² 2012

T

he choice of a hexagonal base tower was dictated by the idea of looking for maximum compactness, while guaranteeing the greatest flexibility of the trays: 1- To free up the maximum amount of land in order to preserve a large openair reserve (800 m²). 2- To offer the best views between the tower and the hotel complex. 3- In order to optimize the economy, the hexagon ensures a good surface-to-envelope ratio while maintaining the best ratio between the crown of firstday peripheral offices and the surfaces on the second day. A set of corbelled lateral extensions allows the tower, as it rises, to point in a large helicoidal movement the great horizons of the territory of eastern Paris: Bois de Vincennes to the east and south, Paris center west, Highway A3 to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.

THE BOUSCAT

CONTRASTING ADAPTIVE DENSITY Residential with Lambert Lenack & Lest’ Grow Paysage client: Crédit Agricole Immobilier + Clairsienne surface area: 36 000 m² 2013 calendar competition: 2013 (2nd)

T

he project is part of the 50,000 homes initiated by the Bordeaux Urban Community, and meets the urban requirements of the AUC for this site. It is located on a former Renault right-of-way between two contrasting urban fabrics: in the North, an environment of bars from the 70s and in the South a fabric of houses. We propose the creation of a generous public space around which. We organize the contrasting meeting of two urban tissues in extension of the existing tissues. The interpretation of the two surrounding tissues gives rise to two original urban forms: in the North a series of high and distant metropolitan figures and in the South a fragmentary fabric of low and close houses. We call «contrasting adaptive density» this principle of declination and encounter of two urban forms.

CITY OF RAMBOUILLET AN URBAN LIVING ROOM

Cultural | Rehabilitation | Completed with Lambert Lenack client: city of Rambouillet surface area: 1600 m² 2013-2014

T

his project was born from a programmatic idea formulated by François Fressoz of ‘Café Programmation’: the creation of a cultural center from a new factory - a theater built by Studio Milou - and the transformation of the multimedia library Florian. This linking leads to a total reorganization of the media library along a north-south through gallery that runs through the two complementary and independent facilities. The multimedia library is a release of the physical storage function of the works to become an open, friendly and domestic space: an urban lounge.

R

T

he homogeneous Haussmanian fabric imposes a constant height, which freezes the Parisian silhouette. After an analysis of the territory, it was interesting to imagine a district of towers in the center of the city. A mixed neighborhood with vertical shapes. This new ensemble draws a new landscape, a new horizon, which allows a new vision of the Parisian territory. Thanks to a new skyline.

T

his project is a renovation of 45 m². Keeping the stone is the main idea as well as the metal structure. The space that was a barn becomes an apartment. So, I would like to suggest two possibilities: the first one is a corner staircase in the bottom of the room or the second one is a staircase straight to the side. In order to not close the space, I would also suggest to separate the kitchen and the living room with a wooden platform. In this platform are hidden the sheaths.
