Avenue, Hayden, Arizona at 10:30 a.m. PGCSC’s Administration, Board of Directors and Advisory Council realizes that the economic decline and system changes occurring daily on national, state and local fronts will have a serious impact on the current service delivery system and funding for senior programs. The Council is therefore requesting that seniors, service providers, families, caregivers, and all interested in senior issues attend and provide input to make the plan a comprehensive one that addresses real needs. The Council is also interested in listening to any new or innovative ideas, volunteer opportunities, inkind services, and creation

of partnerships both from private/public sectors in meeting the needs of seniors. PGCSC conducted an assessment of needs survey to assist in plan development and the initial data indicates

that major needs of seniors identified in the region are: ●Home delivered and senior center meal programs ●Transportation for medical and basic needs Aging, Page 8
