Children’s Party Chair
a. Plan and execute Children’s Parties as approved by the executive board. b. Inform membership of parties through general meetings and newsletter c. Oversee set-up and clean-up of facility used
Nursery Coordinator
a. to secure nursery reservations for the regular meetings
Publicity Chair
a. to send notices of meetings and items of interest to the news media (including,but not limited to, newspapers, cable TV, signs, flyers) b. to coordinate and execute involvement in community outreach c. to create and oversee publishing and distribution of annual membership brochures d. to create and distribute event notifications
