What in your opinion can lead to seamless
business operations? Here at Fusion Dynamics, we truly believe in being focused. Combining that with determination and a clear strategic plan ensures seamless business operations. This allows employees to be productive and the company to achieve goals. What does business efficiency entail? One needs to have a very clear vision of what one has set to achieve. We have strategically positioned ourselves in the local market and are proud to have a competitive edge over huge local as well as international companies. What in your opinion are critical tools to becoming a market leader? A market leader must possess quality services. The company should have a meticulous approach when it comes to support and high level of commitment to clients. What is your business strategy? We are continuously striving to develop

In 10 years, we will be a leading conglomerate which is known for adding value to both business and the local community. Events such as the Expo 2020 and Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022 bear testament to the fact that we are not only capable; but are determined to positively develop this region. Presently, massive activity in each and every sector, particularly the construction as well as hospitality industries, is giving way to regional economic growth and development. What is your vision for achieving sustainable economic growth? As far as the Gulf states are concerned, it is necessary to move away gradually from rentier economy, using it at the same time as a means to industrial and services economy. ■
