Paulette Harris-German AKA Lady Paulette

Paulette is a BA Hons. Drama and Performing Arts Graduate who works internationally as an experienced actor, producer, presenter, broadcaster, voiceover artist and consultant. Paulette is passionate about the arts and has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years, performing on stage in the award winning musical Black Heroes in the Hall of Fame and in productions such as Colour of Justice: the Stephen Lawrence Enquiry and Amen Corner. Paulette’s film credits as an Actor, Producer and Assistant Director has included work on the Award Winning Documentary The Story of Lovers Rock, Stephen Spielberg’s Ready Player One, Looking For Love, the upcoming Bollywood film Badnaam Directed by Krishna & Vikram Khan and Award Winning feature film Melvin: Chronicles of a Player Written and Directed by Lawrence Coke.

Ayo Fawole .

Ayo Fawole's acting career spans 20 years, working in stage, TV and film. Ayo trained with Anna Scher Acting School and has received mentoring from prestigious directors Topher Campbell and Julie Saunders. His first supporting role was in the stage production The Crucible. He then went on to perform in productions including Fledamouse, touring Europe with the Glynborne Opera House and the Mangina Monologues at the Soho Theatre. He has appeared in The Bill, EastEnders, The Lenny Henry Show and Footballers Wives Extra Time. His movie credits include the lead role in Rag Tag, Say My Name, Lawrence Coke’s feature Melvin: Chronicles of a Player and most recently Doghouse.

Ariete Santos

Ariete Santos acting journey began in Stratford Royal Youth Theatre aged 13 where she first performed live on stage. She went to train in different acting schools Identity, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood. Her work includes theatre, TIE, film, web series, commercial and music videos. She also featured in the Hit Chicks play at the London Theatre and last seen on the screen in the Intent 2 and TV Footballers. She’s currently working and featuring in a web series called Rome and Jameela.


Perry Mavrides

Since graduating from university where he gained a degree in Drama and Performance, he has performed in Theatre in Education and acted in three short films, Jeremy and Annabel, shown at the BFI, Stay which was submitted to a short film festival and another Bail, directed by Kwame Lestrade which recently won an Award for Best Short Film at The Pan African Film Festival. Other recent credits include Wonder Woman 2. Cofounder of Dust Off Productions with Michael Mulqueen, Perry writes and produces for TV, film, online web series and theatre. He is currently working on a play Slugs and Snails due for release early next year. Perry also works as a Progression Coach working with children in care and young offenders aged between17 to 25.

Nicole Sinclair This is Nicole Sinclair’s theatrical debut since starring in the lead in her high school production Sweet Charity which led to the offer of a scholarship which she declined in favour of gaining and academic achievement first. Nicole recently completed a year at Kingdom Drama School straight after obtaining a law degree whilst raising her only child. Nicole is also known for her role as Princess in Little Bastards and made her first appearance on screen in the Award Winning independent film Bail. Nicole is an avid reader and writer who can often be seen first thing in the morning on her rollerblades whilst her daughter cycles beside her on the school run.

Benjamin Reeves

Benjamin Jason Reeves is a dynamic actor who trained professionally at The Poor School graduating in 2007. He is a versatile actor who has experience in TV, film and theatre. Theatre credits include featuring as a Roman solider in a combat scene in Julius Caesar at The Globe Theatre, touring nationally in The Cap Fits and Gloves which had its final performance at the National Theatre. Film credits include Sophisticate, 30, Clutter, What Shall We Do with the Drunken Sailor? He appeared in The Bill, playing Howard Prentice, featured in an advert for TFL and a music video for the Flutes called Auld Archie.


Lawrence Coke Writer/Director

Lawrence entered into the world of television and theatre aged fifteen, acting as a runner on various theatre productions. Since completing a two year film course in 1996, Lawrence has consistently been involved in television and film production. The M.O.B.O.s, The Windrush Gala Concert, The Chelsea Flower Show, Get up and Stand up, are just a few of the productions that Lawrence has been involved in working in areas as diverse as research, location management and all aspects of production.

In 1997, Lawrence wrote and directed his first feature film, MC, which was loosely based on Romeo and Juliet. This was followed in early 2002 by the Award Winning short Run Richie Run which went on to win Best Script and People’s Choice Award in the 23:59 Short Film Competition.

His short film, Melvin: Portrait of a Player (2003), won Best Film at the BFM Awards. Melvin proved very popular with audiences giving birth to sequel Melvin: Still a Player, which featured a cameo from among others Angie LeMar. Lawrence produced his most successful short to date mOrally Speaking (2005), which has gone on to win four awards including Best Film, Best Actress and Best Cinematography at BFM Awards and Best Film at the Buffalo Black and Asian Awards.

Lawrence wrote the libretto which the opera Cry of Innocence is based on and enjoyed a week long run at Greenwich theatre. Lawrence wrote and directed the feature length version of the Award Winning short Melvin: Portrait of a Player called Melvin: Chronicles of a Player. This went on to win an Independent Spirit Award at Screen Nation. Lawrence has been featured on the BFI’s website under the Nu Visions section of ‘ones to watch’.
