For this reason, James Anderson has compiled a guide to self-discovery that uses a mix of beliefs from different doctrines such as various religions, pagan mythology, and modern science to help us better understand all aspects of the self. He suggests that practices such as meditation and reflection can help us gain control of our lives, reach our full potential, and ultimately, to improve the world. Rewilding Our Hearts: Building Pathways of Compassion and Coexistence by Marc Bekoff (New World Library, $11.56 on Amazon, Paperback) In his book, author Marc Bekoff talks about how we can can use the method of “rewilding” to change our attitudes about life. Bekoff takes this process used to restore declining populations of animals and relates it to humans. He tells readers how to dissolve false boundaries of who they are so that they can check in with themselves and connect with nature. Speak Your Truth: How You Can Recover from Lupus by Denise A. Dorfman (BalboaPress, $8.99, Paperback) Our minds are powerful tools. Our own emotions alone can both create and contribute to health issues as well as help us heal them. This guidebook is meant to help readers find their own personal approach to wellness and to change their perspective from being the victim of illness, to being the survivor. The Universe Wide Web: 1. Getting Started by Simon J. Morley (Simon Morley, $10.20 on Amazon, Paperback) This book is the first edition in the sci-fi series called The Universe Wide Web. When Jack Smart stumbles across the Universe Wide Web, he has no idea what he has gotten himself into. While exploring this labyrinth of strange creatures that gives one the ability to click and travel anywhere in the universe, Jack finds out that his deceased father was not only the first being from earth to have ever logged onto the Universe wide web, but that his father also holds the key to its security code. This creates trouble for Jack who then has to face beings from all ends of the Universe who want to take over the web.
