Vortex Healing August 9th - 1:00-2:30 pm $20
A group healing focused on optimizing participants’ systems as a whole. Using advanced VortexHealing energetic tools for the group to clear, energize and strengthen the various aspects of the system, including the energy pathways, chakras, and more! Intending to remove blockages in the system which may be causing disharmony, allowing for the body to become more fluid/open. When the system is functioning optimally, it lends itself to increased energy levels, deeper relaxation, and an allowance for more in-depth work on core patterns. The session is conducted in a meditative state, and participants are free to sit up or lay down. Presenter: Jason Janiak

Yoga for Insight Tuesdays, August 18th through September 22nd - 7:00-8:30 pm $60 prepaid or $15 for each drop in session The practice of postures and seated meditation in this class will relieve the pains, tensions and stresses accumulated during daily life, while cultivating energy, strength and balance. We will observe breath and sensation in each posture to bring awareness to deeper levels of the body and mind, learning to meet what we encounter there with acceptance. Through continued practice, we can gain insight of the habituated reaction patterns to which we bind ourselves and let go to experience true bliss. Presenter: Andrew Fleisher
Reiki Level Two August 22nd - 11:00 am-3:00 pm August 23rd - 12:00-4:00 pm
Reiki level 2 is not only about continued self-healing and growth but also about helping others by learning new skills. Students will learn 3 sacred symbols and sounds along with further attunements that will increase the flow of energy as much as 4 times. This improved flow of energy along with symbols and sounds will enable the practitioner to send Reiki beyond time and space, which means he will be able to perform Distant Healing. Reiki level 2 is also regarded as a Practitioner Level. It is highly recommended for those who wish to practice energy medicine as a profession.
