Leading North West Financial Adviser

CELEBRATES 15 SUCCESSFUL YEARS IN RAINFORD You have seen incredible success over the last 15 years. What makes the company stand out amongst its competitors? Professional The personal touch and professional approach are two key components of why our clients return to us for advice. We listen to each client on an individual basis and get to know them and their family so we are able to provide the best advice to suit their personal situation.

Knowledge & Experience Our highly skilled professional team have years of knowledge within the financial services industry which makes us leaders in delivering the best outcome for clients.

Reputation We build our business largely from referrals from our existing clients, which has been the major factor in the continued growth and success of the company. We have recruited specialists in each financial sector to enable the company to grow and we continue to advise clients both locally and nationally.

Service We aim to provide the highest level of service to all clients. We have our ‘treating customers fairly policy’ continually reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.

Your mortgage department has doubled in size. Why do you think people continue to seek independent mortgage advice? Feedback from our clients suggest the minefield and jargon used within the industry makes it so complicated to source the best possible mortgage or life insurance; especially with constant criteria changes. We have DEDICATED specialist advisers on hand to guide clients through the process, this is invaluable and can save the client time, money and stress.

“It was our first mortgage and needed someone to remove the jargon and help us understand the process. As my husband was a student, our situation was a little bit more difficult than the average application and we wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal. Allie was very friendly and easy to talk to on meeting, as was her assistant Kirsty. With both our first mortgage and re-mortgage, Allie and Kirsty were extremely efficient and always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how silly they seemed. Being able to go through the process over email made things much quicker and I never once had to worry or chase up a query as I knew it was being dealt with by people I trust.” Kimberley, Merseyside

How have you grown over the years? When I started 15 years ago, my office was my back bedroom at home. The business swiftly grew enabling us to move to offices in Rainford. We also now have our regional office in Devon and in addition we have developed our online portal for our clients convenience. The business has grown to include a fantastic team of people who are professional and experts in their field.

Plans for the future... To continue providing the high level of service and expand further on our technology to provide the best possible financial journey to the client. We are also proud of our success in helping our clients plan for the future!  This has never been so key as more people are choosing early retirement and need help and our advice to ensure they have enough money to enjoy their later years. We are looking forward to the next 15 years, continuing to manage our existing clients’ portfolios well, and expanding the corporate side focusing on advice for local businesses.

“I needed advice regarding long term savings / saving for retirement. Explained everything in plain English, didn't over promise and gave me a clear understanding of what I need to do to achieve my goals. An investment strategy has been put in place and I am happy with and understand the plan.” John, Merseyside

A sincere thank you to all our clients for their continued support and recommendations.

Paws crossed for a forever home HARRY, 2 year old male, Mastiff

We have teamed up with Dogs Trust Merseyside to help find a new home for HARRY and the other dogs like him. Follow the doggy ‘tails’ on Twitter @DT_Merseyside

2 year old Mastiff Harry is a big ol’ boy who loves to be out of his kennel. He loves to meet people outside and is very friendly, particularly if you have a ball or some treats! Harry is toy mad and will happily entertain himself. He is fine with dogs at a distance, but he doesn’t enjoy interaction with them. He’s looking for a home with an adult family who are experienced with large dogs, and don’t have other pets. Harry was underweight and not in the best condition when he arrived at Dogs Trust, and has had a few pain related issues to deal with. As a result, let’s say he isn’t fond of vet trips! His carers have worked very hard to get him more accustomed to the vet, but training will need to be continued in the home, for which you'll have full support from the centre’s Behaviour team.

CAN YOU OFFER HARRY THE HOME HE NEEDS? If so, you can find out more about him at www.dogstrust.org.uk or call 0300 303 0292. You can also pop along to the centre on Whiston Lane, Huyton, Liverpool, L36 6HP. It’s open every day except Wednesdays, when it is closed.
