Introduction Dear Industrial Partners, It is my great pleasure to announce the 13th Biennale World Congress on Oncology Pharmacy, organised by the International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners (ISOPP), to be held in Melbourne, Australia, 9th – 11th May, 2012. As in the previous congresses, the program will feature a variety of cutting-edge topics divided in 3 streamline parts: basic education, clinical experience and research. It makes this congress the worldwide education event for (hospital) pharmacists working in the oncology/hematology domain. Our congress attracts oncology pharmacists from all over the globe to learn and meet colleagues with the same interest and as a much focused group. It will be a great opportunity to get in contact with this focus group and to promote and explain what your company can mean for them in the daily practice. In this brochure, you will find a variety of ways of being present and to collaborate with ISOPP. We are looking forward to welcoming you next year in Melbourne.

Who Will Attend ISOPP registrants will be mainly international pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who provide clinical pharmacy and/or cytotoxic preparation services for cancer patients. ISOPP has 560 members from 60 different countries around the world, with the majority of members coming from the following areas: Australia and New Zealand: 15%, Asia: 14%, USA: 16%, Europe & UK: 41%. More than 500 registrants have attended each of the last three symposia.

The following terms and conditions apply to your application to sponsor and/or exhibit: • You/your – Sponsor / Exhibitor organisation • We/us – Conference Logistics, acting as agent for the conference local organising committee, and the host body, the International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners • Sponsorship packages will be allocated in order of receipt of booking forms. Bookings must be received in writing, and are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. • Sponsorship entitlements will not commence until a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount payable has been received. • The balance of the total amount payable is due by 30 November 2011. • In the event of cancellation, an administration fee of EUR€250 will apply prior to 30 November 2011. Cancellations must be made in writing, and forwarded to the conference secretariat. • We will not be responsible for any losses or damages to persons or property.
