Jhon lives and breathes in Elgin, IL with his wife and son. While a classically trained musician and artist he spends most of his time secluded in a small room at the back of the house writing poetry that fists the gut on his 1983 IBM Selectric III, the Cadillac of typewriters. His first book, ‘hands on the hips’ (146939434) , available at amazon.com and other fine online retailers, his second book, ‘gypsy bars, back alleys and one way streets’ can be found at http://takeittothestreetpoetry.com published by Free Penny Press. His almost daily blog of poetry and such can be found at www.willfulresemblance.com For more of Glenn Porter’s artwork, go to gporterdesign.com
