Notes I. II. III. IV. V. VI. VII. VIII. IX. X. XI. XII.

You cannot change or comment the database structure (this is a fact, you have it and you cannot change it), only generate the records based on message reception. The primary key for PATIENT is PATIENT_ID. The Primary Key for VISIT is VISIT_ID The Primary Key for LOCATION is VISIT_ID + LOCATION_DATE The Primary Key for PATIENT_CONTACT is VISIT_ID + CONTACT_NAME LOCATION_DATE format is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI The SEX field has two possible values: 0=Female; 1=Male The STATE field (as TRANSITION STATE) has two possible values 0=INPATIENT; 1=DISCHARGED The rule for interpreting the LOCATION is to extract the first three components into fields as follows: AREA^ROOM^BED. To obtain the dates process the EVN-2 (Event Recorded) field. The tables begin emptied. Ignore extra spaces (i.e.: | EVERYWOMAN ^ EVE | = |EVERYWOMAN^EVE|
