All deposits are non- refundable. Payment 75% of the final bill is required 4 weeks prior to the event. The remaining 25% is to be settled 14 days before the event. Any additional costs incurred during the event must be settle by the client on departure Final Numbers of Guests Final numbers of guests needs to be confirmed and paid for 14 days before the event. Any increase in guest numbers must be settled before the event. Any reductions in numbers will not be reimbursed. Cancellation by the Client Cancellation of the event will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellation before 3 months of the event will result in no further charge. Cancellation thereafter results in the following charges of the estimated cost: 2 months- 50% charge

1 month- 75% charge

Less than 1 month 100%

Cancellation by the Hotel The hotel will not be liable, if for reasons beyond its control, it has to cancel the event The hotel reserves the right to cancel an event without any liability, if at the hotel’s judgment it is likely that the event will bring the hotel into disrepute. Damage and Loss The hotel is not liable for effects of the hotels equipment on the hotel’s client and their guests.

The use of equipment must be approved by the management of the hotel before the event. The hotel management will be the sole arbiter as to the accepted level of noise created by a function and reserves the right to terminate a function that fails to moderate its sound levels when requested. Offensive or illegal behavior may result in individuals or the entire party being to leave the premises. No refund will be made. The hotel cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your or your guest’s property.
