Logos Classical Academy - Tuition & Fee Schedule 2024-25
TUITION TUITION
Tuition can be paid in 10 monthly payments (August - May). Tuition payments are due on the 5th of each month. A $15 late fee will be added to any payments received after the 15th.
If all of tuition is paid upfront by August 15th or within 7 days of initial enrollment, a 3% tuition discount will be granted Discounts do stack, so if you have multiple children enrolled you will receive those tuition discounts, as well. We offer a 5% tuition discount for the second student, 10% tuition discount for the third student, and for four+ students is need based.

Re-enrollment deposits are a pre-payment of your school year tuition and can be paid in one payment or assessed in three equal installments in January, February, and March prior to start of school year.
If re-enrolled and payment received by February 14th:
$300 for first student
$100 for each additional student (goes towards 2024/2025 tuition; non-refundable)
If re-enrolled and payment received after February 14th:
$300 for 1st student
$100 for each additional student (goes towards 2024/2025 tuition; non-refundable)
PLUS a $100 late re-enrollment fee per student per month
($200 after March 14; $300 after April 14, etc).
After February 14, a spot is not guaranteed as we begin testing new students on Feb. 15.
Activity Fee $450 (Due June 15)
per child and includes books, field trips, technology, school supplies.
Note: Parents do not have to purchase school supplies except for specialty items such as graphing calculators
REFUNDS REFUNDS
The Re-enrollment, Application, Enrollment, and New Family Registration fees are nonrefundable. If a student is accepted and placed on a waiting list and is not able to be offered a seat by the first day of school, we will refund 50% of the Application fee.
Logos Classical Academy must make substantial financial commitments each year based on the number of students enrolled (teacher salaries, adequate facilities, supplies, etc.). For this reason, all tuition is nonrefundable and non-transferable except in extreme circumstances. Financial commitments are binding for the entire semester begun by the student. This holds for students who withdraw anytime during the semester, whether the second week or next quarter.
The Head of School will consider cases on an individual basis if a student discontinues enrollment. Prepaid tuitions that are not refunded will be calculated and acknowledged as a charitable donation. Tuition and fees include the use of all books for students.
At LCA, we desire to partner with parents in the education of their students, and parent involvement is essential to that mission. Lack of parent involvement, such as failure to attend required events, consistent tardiness, missed days, etc. may result in loss of financial aid.
