In order to get a six pack you need to burn as much belly fat as possible. Doing ab exercises will define your abs but they don’t do a good job burning belly fat.

Each meal should be balanced and have some protein, healthy fats, and a serving of fruit or veggies. When you are planning your diet, you should plan out five or six smaller meals per day rather than 3 or 4 larger ones.
