Dear CSN Community,
At strong schools, moments of reflection are essential. They allow us to honor where we have been, assess where we are, and look with clarity and purpose toward where we are going. As Community School of Naples moves beyond its 40th anniversary and into the next important chapter of its history, I am pleased to share our Strategic Plan for 2024–2028.
This plan reflects both ambition and responsibility. It is aspirational in its goals, yet grounded in the strong academic foundation, high standards, and deep sense of community that have long defined CSN. Over the past three years, this work has been shaped by thoughtful input from our Board of Trustees, Senior Leadership Team, faculty, parents, and students. It represents a shared vision for the future of our school.
While this plan includes important priorities for enhancing our campus and learning environment, it is about much more than buildings or physical spaces. It is also about investing in the people and programs that make CSN exceptional. It calls us to continue supporting our faculty, strengthening the student experience, and ensuring that our students grow not only in knowledge, but also in character, kindness, service, leadership, and integrity.
The world our students are entering will demand much from them. At CSN, we believe it is our responsibility to prepare them with both the academic excellence and the personal foundation they need to lead lives of purpose and impact. This Strategic Plan reflects our commitment to meeting that responsibility with energy, vision, and resolve.
I invite each of you to join us in bringing this plan to life. Together, we will continue to advance the mission of Community School of Naples and ensure that every student, every day, is inspired and empowered to realize their full potential.
With gratitude,
Paul Selvidio Head of School Community School of Naples
