Water Buffalo Burger
Topped with skim milk mozzarella, poblano relish, whole grain mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Served on a gluten-free bun, with a side of fruit.
Macon SuperFood Pita
A pita pocket with a spread of hummus, stuffed with kale, arugula, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, sprouts; tossed in a pomegranate vinaigrette made with fresh, juiced pomegranate, organic honey and hemp seed. Served with a side of quinoa with feta, chopped red pepper and shredded carrots.
Bistro Salad with Grilled Chicken or Shrimp Fresh spring mix topped with finely sliced red onions, dried cranberries, pecans, and fresh diced apples. Tossed with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
