The work-plan for 2015-16 The 2015/16 work plan has been finalised and is presented below. There are a number of pieces of work that will be carried over from the 2014/15 plan as well as a number of new activities. In 2015/16 there is a continuing focus on strengthening consumer engagement with establishing regular consumer forums and further work to increase the opportunities for consumers to provide feedback regarding the care they received.
