I remember he said that avocados, almonds, dairy and berries were a few great choices to keep the belly fat from accumulating around your midsection. Increasing your metabolism is also going to dramatically help you lose fat and there are numerous examples of ways to do this in the diet program. One of the ways in the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet to keep the fat off for good is to constantly change your consumption of calories. So by changing how many calories that you take in on a daily basis your body is going to constantly be trying to adapt and your metabolism is going to be boosting all the time. Plateauing is one of the hardest things to get out of when dieting and by using Josh's method of confusing your calorie consumption you'll consistently keep your body guessing and the belly fat melting off. In my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review I found that the creator's combination of changing ones calorie consumption along with proper nutrition and dieting practices was an effective fat loss method. Even though the diet program promises you'll lose belly fat in a week, I also believe that it'll help teach people to stay healthy forever by implementing proper nutrition practices.
