FAQs When is title due? They are anticipating title to be issued in Spring 2019. What services are supplied? There are electric and telecom lines to the boundary. Each lot owner is responsible for their own purchase & installation of water holding tank and septic tank. What water and spectic tanks are acceptable? You will need a minimum 10,000 litre for potable water. Tanks will need to be buried totally underground. You will also need a 20,000 litre tank for firefighting purposes. Septic system will need to be an Austin Blue or the equivalent Oasis Clearwater. Is there a set timeframe within which I have to start to build my house? No, however once building has commenced your home must be completed within 18 months. Will there be any restrictions on what and where I can build on my land? You are able to design and build within the set development area of each lot. There are some basic covenants in place from the developer to establish and maintain a high quality residential amenity for all the residential lots in the development - please ask us for a copy of these. The District Plan includes some restrictions on roof colours. Can I build a home and income property? Absolutely, as long as you adhere to the covenants and District Plan. Am I able to on-sell a bare section? Yes, however if you intend on doing this prior to title release you will need to get authorisation from the developer GlenTui Heights Ltd. Where does GlenTui get its water from? The GlenTui subdivision has bore water on site, which is then UV filtered. There is an allocation of 2,100 litres per day.


FAQs What additional cost are involved to live in Haast Eagle, GlenTui? In addition to local council rates, the water levies are approx. $1573.11 + GST. GlenTui also has Recreation Area Levies. These cover ongoing maintenance of all common areas, at a cost of approx. $524.37 + GST, plus an annual levy for future roading maintenance of $279.13 including GST. Total: $2,691.23 including GST. How much is the deposit? 5-10% of the purchase price, please contact us to discuss your purchase requirements. Where do I pay my deposit to?
