STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Israel Independence Day, the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the State of Israel, is being celebrated by various Jewish groups on Staten Island. Moey's Music Party, a free family concert, will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday in the Joan and Alan Bernikow JCC, Sea View.
