A Global Christmas: Christmas is Coming

I know, I know. “Shelly, it’s only October! Do you have to remind us that Christmas is right around the corner?” The answer is, “Yes, I do ” Not only is it part of my job to remind you, but I would do it anyway because Christmas truly is the most wonderful time of the year!

“It’s your job?” you ask? Yup. I am tasked to remind you that each year One Child Fund (OCF) and Global Missions look to you to help raise enough funds for each of our children’s homes and orphanages so that every child receives a Christmas meal, a new outfit, a new toy, and for each national bishop to receive a monetary Christmas love offering.

For the children in our care as part of OCF, some may get to go to a fun park and drive go-carts, others may have a special treat, like ice cream. All of them will take the time to celebrate God sending His Son, Jesus, to earth for all of us.

Please send your tax-deductible financial gifts earmarked for OCF Christmas or Global Christmas by December 9, 2024 This gives the children’s home and orphanage directors time to get gifts and food.
