1 Barspoon Mathilde Peach Liqueur 45 ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum 2 Barspoons KAYA JAM 30 ml English Breakfast Tea 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice 15 ml Simple Syrup 15 ml Honey 1 Egg White Shake and serve in a jar. Garnish with Kaya & Toasted Bread.
