FOUNDERS’ WORDS 衷心感謝香港賽馬會慈善信託基金一直以來對「賽馬會浩觀青少年創業培訓計劃」 的支持。這個計劃是我們創業家的夢想，如果有時光機可以讓我們回到校園時， 我們都很希望有機會聯繫創業家及創新領袖、嘗試各種體驗式的實踐訓練和機會， 從而把握多變性社會的機遇。 我們最大的希望是同學能夠透過「賽馬會浩觀青少年創業培訓計劃」建立「創業思 維是一種生活技能」的態度，探索世界不同的可能性，尋找自身的獨有天賦，並努 力將天賦在社會實踐，帶領世界走向可持續發展的將來及共同建立面向全球的社群 。 - 馬衡先生 & 馬殷女士 浩觀創業基金聯合創辦人
We are most grateful for the support of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to fund the Jockey Club CoCoon Student Training in Entrepreneurship Program. This program has been a dream for us entrepreneurs, if we could go back in time to the days of school, we wish we had this kind of exposure to founders and innovative leaders and the experiential training to find and act on the opportunities in a rapidly evolving world. Our greatest hope for the students in this program is that they can adopt entrepreneurship as a lifeskill to navigate the world, find their unique talents and discover purposeful endeavors to build a sustainable and hopeful future for our global community.

The Jockey Club CoCoon Student Training in Entrepreneurship Programme is an innovative model focused on T-shaped learning where students will have the widest exposure to the entrepreneurship ecosystem and also an immersive experience in working with start-ups.

計劃詳情 PROGRAMME DETAILS STEP 1 創業家分享 ENTREPRENEUR SHARING 互動講座：面對面與創業家交流，聆聽他們第一身職場經驗分享， 接觸創業精神的應用，了解創業、革新、創意、與科技皆緊緊相扣！
Sharing: Students have the opportunity to hear the experiences of a local entrepreneur, first hand, to understand entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, technology and their relevance in the 21st century.
STEP 2 意念建構工作坊 IDEATION WORKSHOP 工作坊：透過設計思維，與團隊一起解決複雜問題；並學習自信地將 創新意念精要獨到地表達出來！
Ideation workshop: Through using design thinking, teams will work together to solve a problem and learn how to exercise creative confidence!
STEP 3 職業影子日
JOB SHADOW 初探職場：一天的工作體驗，於初創企業文化中探索自己心儀的 方向，了解各學科於現實世界的應用。
Job Shadow: A day of work experience at startup companies to test out the waters of the working world, and exploring individual interests.

STEP 4 企業挑戰擂台 CORPORATE CHALLENGE 一天經驗：讓不同院校的年輕人走在一起，嘗試解決大小企業營運時遇上 的挑戰，為他們策劃創新有效的解決方案！
One day experience: Students from different schools can team up to try and find a solution to real- life business problems for corporate companies; and learn how to use a business model canvas to help present their idea!
STEP 6 創新營 INNOVATION CAMP 聯校活動：在四日的創新營裡，學習不同的創業工具、走訪不同的公司及獲得 創業導師指導，進深了解如何策劃屬於自己的商業模式及自信地表達自我。
Interschool camp: A 4 day camp where students get to define their own problem and find a solution. They will learn how to utilise the lean canvas model to present their idea, meet with mentors from different professional fields, visit various companies bef ore pitching their final idea.

Interschool activity: An opportunity to meet startup representatives, learn and practice interview skills and build their own CV in order to understand the needs and the future working environment.

最初接觸CoCoon是因為學校的講座，起初對創業並不感太大興趣，甚至覺得講座有 點無聊。及後數個月都沒有再聽到CoCoon的名字，直至有位朋友邀請我參加CoCoon STEP 3 Job Shadow才有再次接觸的機會。雖然活動中只匆匆地做了一天的「職場新 鮮人」，但對於我來說是個非一般的體驗。而在暑假的STEP 6 Innovation Camp中 ，我印象最深刻的是能夠到訪不同的公司，了解其運作的流程。
我在Innovation Camp中結識了一班來自不同學校的朋友，他們各自都有自己的故事 和創意，在CoCoon這片土地上各展所長，編織出不一樣的故事。只有真真正正了解 過、落手做才會令我印象如此刻骨銘心。在Innovation Camp中，我們組別贏了最高 得分，雖然在pitch中未能突圍而出，但這並不代表我們的意念會就此止步。往後 我一直都有參加CoCoon Pitch Night以及不同重聚活動，知識得到進一步的昇華。 CoCoon讓我認識了不同的企業家，當中有年輕的、經驗豐富的。最重要的是讓我結 識了一班有熱誠的員工以及朋友。 直到現在我還會反覆思考「我適合創業嗎？」，但只要回想起以往參加的創業活動 那種五味雜陳、刺激的感覺時，我就知道重點不在於適合與否，而是我想做！ 在CoCoon學到知識會成為我的引路明燈，卻不會替我走路。有時或許要放下過份的 擔憂，懷着熱誠向未知踏那勇敢的一步!

透過「賽馬會浩觀青少年創業培訓計劃」，很多同學建立起自信及學懂 與人溝通，更開始以創業家角度思考；同學除了參與創業家分享和意念 建構工作坊兩個校內活動外，更主動參加計劃內的其他活動，如企業挑 戰擂台、暑期初創企業實習、浩觀創業擂台 Pitch Night等。同學參加 活動後，每次都主動雀躍與我分享活動內容，充滿自信地分享在創業家 身上的新知識。我誠意推介每位老師和同學參加此計劃，讓同學擴闊自 己眼界，建立「創業是一種生活技能」。
