Paint Repair: By far our most popular service, paint repair involves fixing minor vehicle surface damage, then duplicating the original factory finish, using PPG paints and our proprietary system. The results are virtually invisible repairs. Paint-free Dent Repair (PDR) Paint-free dent repair entails the removal of minor dents and dings with intact paint. More an art than a science, PDR requires minimal, but specialized tools, thorough training, and intense practice.
Interior Repair Interior repair includes the restoration of vinyl, leather, plastic, and other surfaces inside a vehicle. Proper tinting and blending techniques are required for unnoticeable repairs. Applicants may choose interior repair alone, or as an additional specialty. Some Colors on Parade operator franchisees provide optional services such as headlamp restoration and paint touchup. For the hands-on person who enjoys working outside, we can teach the technical and business skills needed to successfully run a Colors on Parade operator franchise: paint repair, paint-less dent repair (PDR), or interior repair. And we provide the training and support you need to service customers from your own mobile lab.

New operator franchisees undergo a thorough initial training program that includes both classroom time at the corporate headquarters and in the field, hands-on training. In some cases, potential franchisees will join our system as an employee through our apprenticeship program and will receive on-the-job training. At the end of the apprenticeship, the candidate will then attend final training at the corporate headquarters in order to complete their certification. Operator franchisees receive additional training as new products and techniques are introduced, and also have the opportunity to attend seminars and classes during our annual convention.
TRAINING FOR SUCCESS With Colors on Parade, the road from brand-new franchisee to income producer can be a short drive. But that doesn’t mean we cut corners. Technical Skills Theories taught in the classroom are experienced in real-world conditions. Armed with the knowledge of color theory, you’ll practice restoration, blending, and finishing techniques.
Business Management From software installation and instruction, our accounting session will teach you how to set up and navigate customer accounts, how to run reports, and much more.
