The public is invited to a memorial service from 1:30 to 4 p.m. June 26 at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, 1505 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, in honor of Dr. Clarence “Stub” Harvey, a physician in North County and co-founder of Mission Park Medical Center, today is known as Scripps Coastal Medical Center.
