REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CIVIL ENGINEERING, GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING, GEOLOGY AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES RFP 11-01 The City of Encinitas is seeking a highly qualified professional engineering consultant/firm lawfully engaged in the practice of civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geology and construction inspection services and Geotechnical services in the State of California to perform the scope of services as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS The City of Encinitas is requesting interested consultants to submit a proposal to perform the scope of services as outlined in this Request for Proposal. Proposals must be received not later than 2:00 PM on MARCH 23, 2011 from interested firms, to be eligible for consideration by the City. All bids are to be compared on the basis of the lump sum bids for the work to be done as outlined in the plans and specifications as proposed by the Bidder.
