Council of Organizations of the Ateneo 1)

Main Point: I will improve the Transparency of the cluster.

Central Board Elections 2009-2010: Electoral Form

Details: As Secretary-Treasurer, it is my duty to be present in all the Central Board and cluster meetings and any other assemblies that might be called for. It is very important that the cluster be properly represented in all the gatherings that will take place. I will make sure that I am easliy accessible to all the organizations that are part of my cluster or to any other person that might need my attention. Furthermore, I wil make certain that the seven organizations belonging to my cluster are transparent to the student body, that their programs, activities and projects are known and properly promoted to the Ateneo community. 2)

Main Point: I will promote Accountability to the cluster. Details: If elected, I will be responsible for all my actions and decisions. I will accept whatever consequences my actions will bring. Furthermore, I will promote ethical and administrative accountability in the cluster by creating an environment wherein the members themselves produce an atmosphere suitable for sustainable development. Also, I will make certain that the organization presidents feel that they are the priority of the cluster, that CHEST is meant to serve the presidents and not the other way around.

3)

Main Point: I will improve the Communication of the cluster. Details: Communication is essential in effectively carrying out the plans of the different organizations. Of equal importance is the timing of information transfer in order to meet deadlines and target dates. Thus, I would make sure that the presidents are up-to-date with the progress happening in the central board and that the central board has current knowledge of the activities and concerns of the cluster. Futhermore, I plan to create an „IPA Newsletter‟ wherein it will be a great medium for the seven organizations to reach out to more students and promote their projects.

4)

Main Point: I will live out Organization to the cluster. Details: As Secretary-Treasurer, it is my duty to plan-out and schedule the cluster events that would be happening throughout the school year, the financial and budget requirements, etc. If elected, I promise to live out to such trait. Like communication, organization is important in the success of the programs planned out.

5)

Main Point: I will add SPICE to the TACO! Details: If elected, I promise to SPICE up the „TACO‟ that I will be bringing to the cluster. That is, adding Support, Perserverance, Integrity, Clarity and Enthusiasm to the basic Transparency, Accountability, Communication and Organization that the position requires. As my last year in the Ateneo, I am certain that I will give it my all in serving the student body. It is my way of giving back to the school that has taught me Magis, Lux in Domino, and to be a Woman for others.
