As much as I have been inspired to join as one of the members of the COR last year, I would like to share this inspiration and fulfilment that I have encountered as then. More so, I wish to see the council grow towards its vision. I am very proud of what the council has achieved, and I wish to see it grow in even greater heights. The focus is to institutionalize the system with value on considering all possible situations that may occur not only at the beginning of the year in the recruitment, but also in the course of the school year, given the situation where sudden vacancies in ExTeam members and the like may occur. Moreover, a more hyped-up, stringent, and elaborate, application process may be implemented in order to increase the number of competitive candidates as part of the team. Set objective criteria shall be the basis for qualification.

2)

Main Point: Formation and Recreation Formation to hone the leaders of COA into more driven and motivated servant leaders for greater efficiency of service Details: With the CB, ExTeams and COR in place, it is necessary for them to have the training that they need in order to be able to do their tasks more effectively. It is also necessary to acknowledge that with the intense dedication that these leaders will give, recreational and activities designed to cool down members of the council such as sportsfests, recollections, retreats and other creative activities shall also be part of this year’s agenda, that is to cater activities to the COA that will ensure to keep the sanity of its members intact and well in order for them to continue serving the council.

This is also to more effectively trickle down and communicate information from the EB and the general COA vision on the cluster level and organization. Mid-semester performance progress reports submission for the ExTeams and project teams will be implemented. IC’s for the COR progress monitoring shall also be made.

Moreover, followthrough IC’s after receipt of peer-to-peer evaluations shall be given by mentees- CheSts, CheSts-COR, EB-EB in order to clearly identify points of improvement and for a more fruitful feedback implementation. Group evaluations shall also be done by Clusters, ExTeams, the CB and EB shall be facilitated during the end of the first semester to identify points of improvement and action points for the next semester.
