The Naval Leader is published and circulated monthly by the CNLE for Philippine Navy-wide distribution. It is the official Newsletter of the Center which features its activities, as well as those of the whole organization, such Sail Plan-related activities, the PN Governance Forum Series 2011, activities of the PN Board of Advisers, among others.
The Naval Leader 6th Issue, Vol. III features on its front-page the article entitled “Cascading the FOIC, PN’s Governance Scorecard: The Value Chain” and the news story entitled “5th Leg PNGF Showcases Singapore Success Story.” On the back page are the news story “CNLE Sponsors Management Module of NCSC and NIOAC Students” and the feature story “Sail Plan 2020: Cascading Process Updates.”
