Tobchi, jointly and severally, a sum certain consisting of principal in the amount of $1,740,328.38, plus interest continuing to accrue at the rate of $206.46054 per day from July 12, 2012 through the date of judgment, and at the legal rate thereafter, as provided in certain Guaranty Agreements executed by Elias Tobchi and Jacqueline B. Tobchi on or about January 31, 2007 guaranteeing payment of a promissory note executed by RT Investment Group, LLC dated January 31, 2007; plus the costs of this action, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes § 6-21.2 in the amount of $261,049.26 (being 15% of the principal due as of July 12, 2012); and 2.
