ment, trees outnumbered homes in the Tree Section. The Tree Section includes several sub-neighborhoods, mainly centered around the schools. The areas surrounding Pacific, American Martyrs, and Grand View all have distinct vibes. Because of this, the Tree Section is home to many young families. Families with elementary-aged children often choose homes based on which school their children attend. Walkability, nearby friends, and the suburban, beachy feel make for an idyllic childhood setting for Tree Section kids. Tree Section is composed of largely residential property, it hosts few businesses. Sepulveda runs along the Eastern border while the Southern side is Manhattan Beach Blvd. On Sepulveda - UCLA Medical Center, Exer Urgent Care, and Torrance Memorial Urgent Care bring exceptional health care sans a drive into LA proper. The world famous Dr. U Hair Clinic found space just south of Marine Ave. Law firms, banks, a vet, hotels, and Lido Bakery bring big and necessary business within our city

WORTH A LOOK The Hill Section obtained its name from the simple fact that it is on a hill. When you are situated on the West side of the hill, you will enjoy sweeping views of the ocean from Palos Verdes to Malibu and beyond. If you find yourself on the North or East side, you can often have incredible views of the glimmering lights of Downtown Los Angeles and even the Hollywood sign.
