Michael joined the team at Acuman Property Management in 2003 with just 1 client and has grown the business as departmental head to in excess of 30 client sites. Michael has acted throughout his career as liaison and representative of developers and owners, and landlords and tenants. He has managed a range of commercial sites including office, retail parks, business and industrial parks, dealing with all landlord and tenant matters including enforcement of lease covenants.

Tom has worked with Acuman Property Management since 2006 and has over 8 yearsâ€™ experience managing all manner of properties from residential, commercial, industrial and manufacturing. He has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the portfolio of properties Acuman Property Management holds, with distinct management of retail parks nationwide.
Liam has worked with Acuman Property Management since 2008. He has over 12 yearsâ€™ experience in both preventative and reactive technical maintenance. He has gained excellent customer focus skills and been responsible for maintaining and building our client relationships. His key strengths lie in his ability to combine his technical experience with his facilities and property management acumen.

Philip has acted as liaison between tenant and landlord and individually on behalf of both parties. He has vast experience within the property industry which strengthens the property team at Acuman, having been employed by us since 2006. Philip is also the system lead on our CAFM system providing support and training to staff and clients. He ensures the system is utilised to its maximum potential by keeping up to date asset lists for all clients and providing a real time web accessed helpdesk and reporting system.

Over the years William has gained considerable experience in commercial property management working as a property manager and as a property management accountant.
